On February 27, we were guests on event in Warsaw!

Members of the Entrepreneurship and Intercultural Communication Student Research Club, together with a high school student from “Szkoła w Chmurze”, had the opportunity to take part in an event organized for the “Szkoła w Chmurze” community at “Dom w Alejach” in Warsaw. The meeting brought together students engaged in social projects and preparing for subject-based olympiads.
During the event, our team presented the SAFENET project – Safety and Awareness For Everyone on the NET, created as part of the nationwide “Zwolnieni z Teorii” olympiad.
Thanks to the involvement of students from the Faculty of Management Engineering and a high school student from “Szkoła w Chmurze”, SAFENET has grown into a modern social initiative focused on strengthening young people’s digital awareness and developing the skills needed to use the Internet safely, responsibly, and consciously.
At the festival, we showcased our activities and talked about why online safety education is more important than ever. We also ran workshops where participants explored key online threats including cyberbullying, phishing, and data theft and learned how to protect themselves effectively.
We highlighted how to build a safe, conscious, and positive online presence that supports personal, educational, and professional development.
The event also gave us the chance to connect with representatives of the “Zwolnieni z Teorii” Foundation and other project teams. The exchange of ideas showed how many young people are eager to take action and make a real impact on the world around them.
On January 20, we were guests on Radio Afera!

During the interview, we promoted the Student Scientific Conference “Contemporary Problems of Entrepreneurship and Communication in Business”, introducing its main topics and discussing why entrepreneurship and communication are so crucial in today’s business and education environments.
It was also a wonderful opportunity to showcase the activities of the Entrepreneurship and Intercultural Communication Scientific Circle, which not only organizes academic events 🎓 but also carries out projects addressing real social challenges.
One of these projects is SAFENET – Safety and Awareness For Everyone on the NET, an educational initiative aimed at increasing digital awareness among young people and students and promoting safe and responsible use of the Internet 🌐. The SAFENET initiative is implemented as part of the nationwide “Zwolnieni z Teorii” 🏆 social project competition.
We would like to sincerely thank Radio Afera 🙏 for the invitation and for giving us the chance to reach a wider audience! 🌟

🎓 The Student Research Conference “Contemporary Problems of Entrepreneurship and Communication in Business” is now behind us!
The event opened with an inspiring keynote by Prof. Gerhard Weber, who highlighted the contemporary challenges of entrepreneurship and the crucial role of communication in today’s rapidly changing world 💼🌍
The conference created a space for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and perspectives among students, researchers, and practitioners — showing how important conscious action, responsibility, and the ability to respond to current social and technological issues truly are.
📌 The Entrepreneurship and Intercultural Communication Student Research Group is not only about organizing conferences and academic events. It also leads project initiatives that address real challenges of the modern world.
One of them is SAFENET – Safety and Awareness For Everyone on the NET, an educational project aimed at young people and students, focused on increasing digital awareness and online safety. Through workshops, up‑to‑date news, and practical materials, we show how to use the Internet responsibly, react to threats, and build a safe online presence.
🤝 The SAFENET project is carried out in cooperation with Szkoła w Chmurze, which allows our educational activities to reach young people learning in a modern, digital environment.
🔗 By combining entrepreneurship, communication, and digital education, we demonstrate that academic knowledge can have a real impact on society — here and now. Follow our upcoming activities and the project on social media – https://www.instagram.com/safenet_project
Thank you to all participants, speakers, and partners for the time spent together and the inspiring conversations!
